I discovered alcohol as soon as I turned 21 in 2004. But I didn’t encounter the spectre of addiction until I took a job at Walmart.

Somewhere around 2010, I had the millionth bad night working in the deli. 8 out of 10 customers were rude fat idiots that couldn’t communicate above a second-grade level.
